Queen Coordinator Mentorship Opportunity
Are you involved in coordinating a County Fair Queen Contest in Iowa and looking to enhance your program?

We are proud to offer a Queen Coordinator Mentorship Program designed for individuals who want to gain a behind-the-scenes perspective of a successful contest. This unique opportunity allows participants to shadow our coordination team and experience every aspect of the program – from planning and organization to contest engagement and event execution.

What You’ll Experience:
• Full access to contest preparation and coordination
• Insight into scheduling, logistics, and communication
• Observation of contest interactions and judging processes
• Hand-on learning in a real-time event setting

Exclusive Mentorship Benefits:
In addition to the on-site experience, participants will receive access to additional content and resources not available on our public webpage, including helpful tools, templates, and guidance to support and customize your own county program.

Program Details:
• One mentorship opening available each year
• Designed for coordinators or committee members from other Iowa counties
• Scheduled in conjunction with our annual Queen Contest
